Terms of Service

This is a starter Terms of Service drafted as a placeholder. Before going to production, have these terms reviewed by a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Vexpose (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Vexpose provides AI-assisted body posture analysis tools to individuals and businesses, including a branded scan link and shareable result pages.

The Service is informational and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
  • You must be 18+ to create an account, or have a legal guardian's consent.
  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your organization page, scans, and uploaded media.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes;
  • Upload images of people without their informed consent;
  • Misrepresent the Service's output as a medical diagnosis;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.

5. Paid plans & trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Trial periods, if offered, are described at the point of sale.

6. Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of content (logos, photos, business names) you upload. You grant Vexpose a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexpose is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice with reasonable advance notice.
